Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Abrasive Flap Disc 125mm 120g Pack of 1

Description

This single Faithfull 120 Grit Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc in 125 x 22mm size is ideal for smooth grinding applications requiring high-quality surface finishes on mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. The 120 grit rating makes this disc perfect for final preparation work before coating, painting or finishing, delivering professional results across larger surface areas. The 125mm diameter is designed for use with standard angle grinders, offering greater coverage than smaller discs to improve productivity on larger workpieces. The 72-flap construction enables effective material removal whilst the self-sharpening design maintains consistent cutting performance throughout the disc’s extended lifespan, which is up to 30 times longer than fibre discs. The lightweight design reduces operator fatigue during detailed finishing work, whilst the layered construction runs cooler and quieter than typical grinding discs. The slightly conical shape allows for effective grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, with minimal vibration for improved accuracy and surface quality.
