Q : Is 240V the only voltage what about 208V. Also is that the only tips you have for this model, my application requires a much more tighter and pinpoint tip.
A : Hi David, this model is only available in 240v. There are a range of tips available for this machine which can be viewed if you open the Parts Listing PDF at the bottom of the product page. We may not have all of them listed on our website but just provide us with the part numbers of the tips you require and we can check availability with Sealey and order them in if necessary.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
