Great sander for using one-handed. Very little vibration and comfortable to use. When using the dust bag it is very quiet although it doesn't gather much of the dust. Attaching it to a vacuum sucks up pretty much all the dust it creates and helps keep the sanding pad from clogging. I've deducted a star from features as attaching the vac makes it VERY much more noisy. It's not just the noise from the vac or the sucking air, the actual tool itself is more noisy. It's not a deal breaker and I didn't really think about the noise until I noticed the difference with the vac switched off.

Q : Do you sell a spare-part of the Velcro Base for this sander? kind regards Irma
A : Hi Irma, I'm afraid this is not a part we're currently able to provide.
Q : Dose the dewalt dwe6411 come with a Tatak case, as well do it comes with sandpaper
A : Hi Grahame, this machine is supplied in a cardboard box and does not include a plastic carry case. Most manufacturers send their sanders out with a sanding sheet, but its safe to assume this won't last long so its probably a good idea to stock up - the DWE6411 can be used with 1/4 sheet hook & loop sheets like the ones shown in the "Accesories" section of the product page, but it can also be used with standard sandpaper sheets, for example product number 20994204

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
